  • Dr. Pimple Popper just squeezed a massive, "mango"-sized lipoma out in a brand new Instagram video.

  • She uses just her hands to pop the entire lipoma out of a patient's arm.

  • Popaholics in the comments couldn't look away from this gigantic, super-satisfying pop.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is an expert at removing even the toughest of lipomas. These sticky, fatty tumors can be incredibly tricky to pop out, but Dr. P has had success even with the most difficult ones, ranging from a "vacuum sealed" one to an entire bloody lipoma fountain.

Now, in a brand new post on Instagram, Dr. Pimple Popper is squeezing out one of her biggest lipomas yet: a "mango"-sized lump lodged in a patient's arm. "Excuse me! This is NOT a deltoid.💪🏼 #drpimplepopper #musclegain #shockingvideos," she captioned the video.

In the clip, Dr. Pimple Popper starts with a before shot of the lipoma already in the patient's upper arm. Then, she cuts to the removal, using her fingers to lift part of the lipoma out. As it keeps growing, Dr. Pimple Popper starts squeezing—until the whole thing pops out in one large chunk.

Popaholics in the comments went wild for this truly gigantic pop. "Nooooo way!!!!!! Is that for real????😱😱😱," one viewer asked. "Wow😳 That was like the BEST pop out!!!" someone else added, and I have to agree there. "Looks like a mango lol," another user wrote, while someone else followed up with, "🥭."

"That 'plop' sound 😍," another fan commented—and, if you turn your sound up, you can definitely hear it. (Warning: the noise is not for the faint of heart!)

"It's like a little baby," Dr. Pimple Popper whispers as she assess the situation. "How will I pull it out, girls?" she asks her assistants. Pretty quickly, it turns out, and she lets out a big "whew!" when she's done.

All in all, it's an A-plus pop. Totally ready for the next one, Dr. P!
