The video begins with a bird's-eye view of the many, many blackheads. Dr. Pimple Popper has her work cut out for her with this patient's super congested back. She gets right to it with her handy comedone extractor tool. The dermatologist goes from blackhead to blackhead, extracting the dead skin cells inside.
Some of the larger blackheads slow Dr. Pimple Popper down a bit, but she doesn't give up. They won't budge no matter how much pressure she applies with her comedone extractor tool. She switches to a scalpel and makes more progress.
