  • In her recent Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper has a cyst that includes some serious chunky gushing.

  • According to Instagram users, however, the best part of this cyst removal is the sac.

  • One user commented that the cysts's sac looked like a clove of garlic once removed.

Dr. Pimple Popper is back with both a satisfying squeeze and a sac removal. The dermatologist and TLC host — whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee — is giving "popaholics" a two for one deal in her latest video. Not only does she squeeze some chunky gunk out of a patient's cyst, but she also takes the time to showcase the sac removal. According to one Instagram comment, this sac looks like a "garlic clove" once removed.

Dr. Lee begins the video having already made an incision over top of the cyst in question. Using her fingers, she applies pressure to both sides of the cyst, and the thick, white insides pop right out. In fact, this pop is so good that Dr. Lee even replays the squeeze in slow motion for a better look.

According to her fans on Instagram, though, the best part of the latest video is the removal of the cyst's sac. In order to prevent the cyst from returning, Dr. Lee must remove the entire thing. Using a pair of tweezers and surgical scissors she snips and pulls until the sac comes out in one swoop, and based on one comment, it looks just like a "garlic clove."
