Dr. Pimple Popper and her loyal popaholics have seen a lot of unbelievable lumps and bumps—DPOWs, cysts, lipomas, blackheads, to whiteheads, and combinations of all of them.

Dr. Pimple Popper, aka dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, has a full-blown skin mystery coming up tonight at 9 p.m. ET. She shared a video to Instagram of a new patient, who she will treat during the new Dr. Pimple Popper episode on TLC. It’s a SKIN MYSTERY 🤔🤔🤔 What is YOUR diagnosis and watch how a board certified dermatologist approaches treatment of a condition like this. #skinmystery#drpimplepopper"

Dr. Pimple Popper leaves this mystery up to popaholics to figure out. They are proving to be superior sleuths and have a so many thoughts about the crazy skin condition.

A few are speculating that the bumps are a type of wart or HPV. Some also suggest eczema or psoriasis. Tbh those sound too simple to be true.

They really have wild imaginations and the theories got crazier quickly. One commenter wrote, "dragon scales". Another offered up "becoming Aquaman".

Other popaholics took a cue from pop culture and suggested greyscale, the disfiguring disease that makes human skin turn to stone from Game of Thrones. One said, "Looks a bit like Ser Jorah from GOT!" Their skin becomes hardened and grey, making them unrecognizable and extremely contagious. Now that would be make for an entertaining episode of Dr. Pimple Popper. Could a crossover come to pass?

Her famous fan Gwyneth Paltrow has yet to weigh in, but she's sure to be all smiles when the episode airs. So far, Dr. Pimple Popper hasn't spilled the tea on the skin mystery, either.

Keep the theories coming, but you'll all have to wait a few more hours for the big Dr. Pimple Popper reveal.
