The beloved derm isn't just talking about her fans, she's also thanking them with a brand new medley of top pops. In the new Instagram video, she takes care of a dilated pore of winer that looks like it could have swallowed up all the other DPOWs. She also finds time to squeeze out a cyst, too.

Dr. Pimple Popper does get to popping right as the video starts. It's a good thing, because that DPOW is mighty comfy in her patient's shoulder. The derm uses tweezers to yank it out. She says it's like "an old school plug in a faucet." One fan called it "The ultimate blackhead 😍" And another called it a "bullet."
That was some tough popping, but Dr. Pimple Popper saved some strength for her next victim, er pimple. She has a cyst that requires a circular extractor. With a little pressure, all the gunk comes right out.
The cyst almost looked too easy, so Dr. Pimple Popper moved onto another monster of a DPOW. It's truly a boulder stuck in her patient, that slowly but surely inches its way out. Phew, Dr. P certainly knows how to commemorate a big milestone.
