• The third season of Dr. Pimple Popper premieres Thursday on TLC at 9/8c.
• In a new Instagram video, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, got fans hyped with a shocking neck cyst video.
• The patient's neck is covered in what appear to be a number of cysts.

All we can think about is the new season of Dr. Pimple Popper premiering on TLC Thursday night, and Dr. Pimple Popper herself clearly knows it. In a new Instagram video posted Tuesday, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD gave her fans a sneak peak at one of the patient's she'll be treating in the season three premiere.

The woman in Lee's Instagram video has a cluster of bumps around her neck and clavicle area, and at this point, we've seen enough Dr. Pimple Popper content to suspect they might be cysts. Sadly, we don't get to see Lee pop them—yet. You'll have to tune into the premiere on Thursday night at 9/8c for that juicy, juicy goodness.

"What have we got here? 🤔" Lee wrote in the caption. "I bet many of you popaholics know and can’t WAIT to see the great POPS... you’ll see this patient and hear her story on the Dr Pimple Popper SEASON PREMIERE IN TWO DAYS!"

We really appreciate the enthusiastic fan who posted this in the comments section:

"You people in the first 5 rows will get disposable rain coats and disposable rain hats. No one will be seated after the doors are closed. Photography is prohibited. Enjoy the show. FYI don’t eat 2 hours prior to the show time."
