Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is always serving up super-satisfying extraction videos on her YouTube and Instagram. And some of the best ones are usually the removal of blackheads. She's previously shared blackhead extractions from a man's eyebrow, a cluster from a female patient's neck, a juicy ear blackhead, some 'marble' blackheads from a patient's cheek, a 'never-ending blackhead', and even one that was too big for her extractor (ewwww).
In her latest social media share, she posted a short video of a blackhead extraction from the side of a patient's nose that she compares to an 'alfalfa sprout'.
"🌱👀 #drpimplepopper #blackheads #oddlysatisfying," she captioned the video.
In the video, she uses a comedone extractor and her gloved hands to press out a massive blackhead. As she presses on the patient's nose, the blackhead starts "sprouting" out, and once it's done it's about a half-inch in length. She moves it from the extractor onto her glove to get a better look.
"That was a satisfying one! That one looks like an alfalfa sprout or something," she says after she removes the blackhead.
"✨satisfying ✨," one follower wrote. And another commented, "That was a beautiful blackhead!! Looked a little bit like butter 🧈! ❤️"
While others thought it looked more snake-like.
"Looks like a little secret snake ⚱️🐍😄," one follower commented, and another wrote, "For a moment there it looked like a cobra standing up 🤣."
