The cyst was so extreme that the dermatologist sent a "cease and de-cyst letter" in addition to squeezing it all out.
Dr. Pimple Popper's fans described the thick, chunky contents that spewed out "guacamole" and offered to bring chips.

You don't expect a bunch of lawyers from the legal team to get involved. All a pimple needs are a few fingers and a good squeeze amiright?!

Dr. Pimple Popper shows off her handiwork in the seriously satisfying video. She sliced open the cyst before squeezing with all her might. Dr. Pimple Popper used her fingers to squeeze the cyst until it was empty.
Her fans knew exactly what came streaming out. One wrote: "You bring the guacamole and I’ll bring the chips! 😂"
Other fans watched mesmerized as Dr. Pimple Popper removed the whole sac. One fan wrote, "Who else is here for the sac removal🙌" That's when you know the job is done.
