Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed A Surprisingly Large Cyst From Her Patient's Earlobe
In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a patient with a huge cyst growing on the earlobe.
This cyst is so gnarly, it got a sensitive content warning immediately.
Dr. Pimple Popper uses her fingers to squeeze all the toothy contents out.
If you have any type of skin issue on your ear, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is always eager to help you remove it. She's removed a pilar cyst with a tail from another patient's ear, blackheads buried inside another patient's ear, and chopped off a solar comedone from the ear of another patient.
And, in her latest Instagram video, she squeezed out a cyst that's located right on the tip of her patient's earlobe, which according to one of her Popaholic fans, "looks like a tooth 😂😂😂." And as for which tooth it emulates, it's definitely the size of a big molar.

There is a lot of confusion among the fans watching. Is it a tooth? Is something else on the ear? Or, "Is this a pimple! 😮" as one fan queried in the comments.
In the video, Dr. Pimple Popper uses a scalpel to cut into her patient's skin before she works on extracting the cyst using her fingers.
"I can see it right here on the edge...I'm just gonna go through it 'cuz I know it's gonna come out anyways," says Dr. Pimple Popper.
As she chats, she squuezes the cyst, and the cyst's contents come spewing out in thick tooth-shaped piece of gunk that is off-white and yellow in color.
"It's not too juicy there but it will kind of squeeze out," says Dr. Pimple Popper. "Ahhhh, isn't that a nice relief?!"
From there, she works on removing the sac of the cyst with a pair of tweezers and some scissors. She snips out the sac, and the cyst is totally removed.
And her Popaholics are shocked at how big the cyst is out in the open.
"Amazing something so big fits in an earlobe," one commented. And another noted, "Oh my! I didn’t even know that kind of volume of space was in the ear! Wow. 😮"
