Dr. Pimple Popper starts with the buried whitehead on Momma Squishy's cheek. It's close to her eye, but the derm is extra careful. She pokes it with her scalpel before squeezing with her comedone extractor tool.

That's all she needs to do to get a long string of gunk to stream out. It swirls and twirls as it emerges from Momma Squishy's skin. Dr. Pimple Popper's fans are loving every minute of it. One Popaholic added in the comments, "it's like a linguini 😂" It certainly is!
In fact, it looks like she pulled out enough for a whole pasta dinner. Tbh I think I've lost my appetite after watching that one.
