  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a patient with an odd bump in their scalp.

  • The bump is a pilar cyst that does not want to cooperate or come out without a fight.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper uses her powers of persuasion and squeezing to get all the gunk streaming out like a "snake" or "crinkle cut French fries."

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is quite the charmer. If you watch a few videos, it's easy to see how sweet she is with her patients. The derm chats away and asks them about their lives all while squeezing out some insane pimples and bumps.

In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper has to charm the bump as well as the patient. She does both like the total pro she is. The doc explains what goes down in the caption: "Friday using it's snake charmer powers to get me out of bed! Happy Friday everyone! New video on All Access, here's a sneak peek! #drpimplepopper #linkinbio👆"

It's a sneak peek of a full video, but it's still a satisfying viewing experience. The video jumps ahead to show Dr. Pimple Popper squeezing away. A little pressure from her fingers is all that's needed to get a squiggle of gunk shooting out.

Not everyone saw a "snake charmer" working her magic. One fan wrote, "Looks sort of like a crinkle cut French Fry 🤣" It does, and now I never want another one on my plate.

Others described the pilar cyst as "fettuccine" or "Spatzle!" There are dish descriptions coming in from all over the world. It's an equal opportunity for ruining any and all of your fave foods. Or, you can stick with Dr. Pimple Popper's version of charming a snake and still look forward to dinner.
