Dr. Pimple Popper started with her scalpel. She sliced into the white blob protruding from her patient's trunk. It could be on the belly or on the back. Your guess is as good as mine on that front.
Once she sliced through the blob, Dr. Pimple Popper grabbed it with her fingers. She squeezed and all the contents smooshed out. It opened up, like a flower, releasing everything stuck inside. It didn't pop out without a fight, though. Dr. Pimple Popper used a set of tweezers to grab the remaining white goo and finish it off.
