Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed A 'Thick And Oozy' Cyst That's So Satisfying
In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a patient with a buried and stuffed cyst.
She calls the pimple, "cystacular," and her fans agree.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, always finds the perfect descriptions for her cyst pops, like this 'lemon meringue pie filling' cyst or this 'churro' cyst. (Her creativity and popping skills are truly next level!) In her newest Instagram video, she squeezes a spectacular, aka "cystacular," looking cyst from the back of her male patient's neck. The video opens with an intro that says, "Looking cyst-acular coming and going," and you can see that she has already sliced open the cyst so she can get to squeezing.
"I'm going to give this a little squeeze," says Dr. Pimple Popper. Then she uses her fingers to start squeezing the cyst, and as she does, a chocolate-colored gunk comes spewing out. For dramatic effect, the replays the squeeze in slow motion so her Popaholics can enjoy.
"I gotta keep it all because I think he wants to see it," she says about the gunk that she's collected on a piece of gauze. Fans commented, "Thick and oozy."
Next, she grabs a pair of scissors to work on removing the sac of the cyst from inside the patient's skin. This is where the extraction gets more technical. "I see the outside sac wall, but it's thinner out here...I think this is an epidermoid cyst," says Dr. Pimple Popper.
With a few snips, it is gone. And her Popaholics are both thoroughly grossed out and loving it. "I can imagine the smell ewe 🤢🤢🤢🤢," one commented. "A great one!" another wrote, and she also got lots of "👏👏👏" emojis.
