Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, never ceases to amaze me. Just when you thought she's unearthed the craziest, most disgusting pimple possible, the derm one-ups herself. That is exactly the case today with her latest Instagram video.

From the very first clip to the final step, it is all ah-mazing. Even if you're not a diehard Popaholic, this particular video is worth a look. What's on her treatment table today? Well, folks, Dr. Pimple Popper's patient has a huge cyst that is in dire need of treatment. It's not just the size of the pimple that makes it an extreme case, it's the location. The cyst is growing in the middle of her patient's forehead, but thankfully it's not there for long.

Dr. Pimple Popper explains it's business as usual for this extraordinary cyst. She writes in the caption, "You know the drill... squeeze!" That's exactly what she does after the camera gives fans a look at the cyst from all different angles. (Is it just me or is it growing right before my eyes?)

Dr. Pimple Popper takes care of it with a few good squeezes. The cyst delivers the goods. She uses a piece of gauze to wipe up the pile of mush that emerged from the cyst. There's so much, she can't pick it up in one fell swoop. She grabs another piece and gets help from an assistant to finally clear it all away.

Her fans came through with superb commentary on the post. One shared, "third eye aka cyclops cyst 😂😂" Another fan wrote, "this is magnificent." It's true and all thanks to Dr. Pimple Popper.
