Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed A 'Mary Poppins Bag' Blackhead That 'Keeps Going'
In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helped a woman with a giant blackhead next to a large tattoo.
The dermatologist uses her comedone extractor tool and presses multiple times to dig out all the gunk.
Dr. Pimple Popper says it's a giant blackhead, or dilated pore of winer, and her fans call it "Mary Poppins bag."
Did you ever play "I Spy" as a kid? It was a road trip staple in my fam, and the popular game appears to be having a comeback. Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is playing I Spy in her dermatology practice and all her Popaholic fans are invited to play along.
What is she looking for? Well, she's hunting down a blackhead, of course. The OG, fan favorite pops are usually easy to locate. Those telltale black dots are hard to miss. This particular blackhead is hiding in plain sight. It has the camouflage of a tattoo, and a big one.
In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video, she hunts down and pops out the giant blackhead. She doesn't get distracted by the tattoo, but you just might. She explains in the caption: "I spy with my pop eye... a blackhead just below this tattoo 👀 #drpimplepopper #blackhead #tuesday"

Dr. Pimple Popper doesn't just look at the blackhead, natch. She dives in deep and gets popping right away with her comedone extractor tool in hand. There's so much gunk stuffed under the skin.
"It's black, gray, oxidized and very superficial," she says as she squeezes away. Dr. Pimple Popper also mentions it's a giant blackhead, or dilated pore of winer. Each time she applies pressure with the tool, more blobs emerge. It's a real pile-up around the tattoo. "I have to work around it to get it all out of this hole," Dr. Pimple Popper says.
And, that's exactly what she does. It takes many more passes, but finally the hole is all empty. One fan commented, "it’s like a Mary Poppins bag... it just keeps going" And that is exactly what I spy, too.
