She smoothes away the hair around it and creates an incision to reach the round cyst under the skin.

Her latest Instagram video shows off her handiwork and skill with a cyst. This cyst is quite large and located inconveniently in her patient's scalp. Dr. Pimple Popper starts off with her standard cyst operating procedure. She takes a good, long look at the cyst first. Then, she slices into her patient's scalp. The doc makes an incision just large enough for the cyst below to squeeze out. Or at least, that's what she hopes.
