While dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is a total pro at disconnecting unwanted pimples from her patients, she's also super savvy at connecting with her fans. In her latest Instagram videos, she really gets her Popaholics talking and knocks out monster cysts and a lipoma in one fell swoop.

Dr. Pimple Popper threw out a question to all her fans in the caption: "Do you push in your mind when you watch these pops?! 👉🏻🧠👈🏻" When the doc asks a good question, you better believe she will get even better answers in reply. Her fans did not disappoint.

But first, you have to see all the popping action. For starters, she knocked out a huge cyst. Dr. Pimple Popper sliced it open first, then she got right to squeezing. A whole gloppy mess squished out as soon as her fingers applied a bit of pressure. One fan commented, "Holy ground beef!" (Sorry for that image seared in your mind.)
