  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a woman with a pilar cyst hiding in her scalp.

  • The dermatologist has to work through a bunch of hair to get to the bump.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper uses her fingers to squeeze a stream of snaking yellow gunk out of the cyst.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is here to share what day of the week it is. It is Friday, and she has been looking forward to saying "Happy Friday" to her Popaholics all week. She planned an extra special popping celebration with a satisfying cyst.

Dr. Pimple Popper shared her Friday feelings in the Instagram caption: "I've been waiting all week to say... Happy Friday! Who's ready to pop out like this pilar cyst? #drpimplepopper #cyst #squeeze"

It's safe to say the Popaholics are very ready to pop out. They may not be able to leave the office/home office just yet, but they can escape for a moment watching Dr. Pimple Popper work.

The video begins with a hunt for the pilar cyst. It's nestled in the woman's scalp and hiding below all her hair. Once Dr. Pimple Popper has it pinned away, she hones in on the cyst.

She slices it open with tweezers and a scalpel. Dr. Pimple Popper is hoping for a clean intact pop, but that's not gonna happen. She says, "I'm going to have to squeeze it." Get excited folks, it's about to get very messy.

Dr. Pimple Popper uses her fingers to apply pressure, and a thick snake of yellow gunk worms its way out in the open. It's a good thing the contents were solid, because that would have been quite the cleanup operation.
