It's so big, it looks like he is sucking on a lollipop and it's sticking out.
Dr. Pimple Popper slices it open and squeezes all the contents out in a stream that looks like "mashed potatoes."

Tbh, when she starts squeezing her fans didn't see any lollipops. One Popaholic wrote, "Uuuufff that nice mash potato squirt 👌😂" But I'm getting ahead of myself. Before Dr. Pimple Popper could do any squeezing, she had to slice into her patient's cheek. It's a big cyst, so the incision is quite large to match.
