  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she tackles a bunch of acne and bumps all over her patient's forehead.

  • There are juicy whiteheads and blackheads ready for her pro extraction techniques.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes and uses her comedone extractor tool to clear them all out.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, has squeezed many a whitehead on her social media. That's one surefire way she keeps her Popaholics coming back for more. From whiteheads that look like 'oodles of noodles' to ones that look like toothpaste, she always has the best description of her pops. And in her latest Instagram video, she's taking on a whitehead and a blackhead that come out of her patient's skin looking like worms.

That description comes from her loyal Popaholics and their creativity. Dr. Pimple Popper only offered, "馃憠馃徏馃挜馃憟馃徏 #drpimplepopper #extractions," to accompany the video.

In the video, Dr. Pimple Popper uses a scalpel to first poke the huge whitehead that is deep under her patient's skin on the forehead. A bit of blood comes out, which she dabs away with gauze.

"Let's get this one...I think is either a whitehead...I put a little numbing under there," says Dr. Pimple Popper. "Oh! It's actually bigger than I think it really looks! You probably have messed with this one a little bit."

"That one? No! Not that one," says the patient.

"No not really? It's too deep under the skin for you to get to," says Dr. P.

As they talk, Dr. Pimple Popper switches over to use one of her comedone extractors to press out the whitehead. "There it goes, it's nice and flat now," says Dr. P.

She moves on to extract a big blackhead she spots nearby. "That was a good one!" says Dr. Pimple Popper.

It certainly was. And her Popaholics are loving it. "The 2nd one look like a perfect little worm," commented one fan. And another wrote, "I wish I could like this twice it was so satisfying 馃檶."
