In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper unearthed a rock solid dilated pore of winer or oversized blackhead. This one is well worth a view or two or three.

You won't need a magnifying glass to see this behemoth blackhead emerge from the depths of the skin. Nope, it may look smaller buried in the skin, but it is massive. The DPOW is lodged in her patient's back, but the derm is on the case. Dr. Pimple Popper started right in with her scalpel.
She jabs and stabs the middle of the dilated pore of winer, but it doesn't move. "I've gotta loosen this a little bit," Dr. Pimple Popper says. She also continuously checks in with her patient. He mutters some very quiet, "I'm okay" responses and the doc forges ahead.
He's a trooper. Dr. Pimple Popper. "It's like a rock, wow," she says as the DPOW finally pops out. "You might have the award for the biggest blackheads." I don't disagree.
