No food is safe when dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is nearby. Last summer she singlehandedly ruined appetites across the country by squeezing all the formerly fave foods from her patients. She pulled ground beef, meatballs, seafood, and butter from all kinds of lumps and bumps.

Usually, vegetables can weather the storm. However, in her latest Instagram videos she comes for the vegetables, too. At least according to her fans and their active imaginations. Dr. Pimple Popper takes on multiple cysts and steatocystomas, and you can be the judge of what emerges when she squeezes.

The derm made quick work of a cheek cyst. All she had to do was press with her comedone extractor tool and and endless squiggle of yellow gunk streamed out.

Speaking of those creative fans. They shared all their ideas in the comments. Some thought the pop looked like "Fettuccine time" and a "Zucchini noodle." Others were focused on the aftermath: "Damn! That must leave a hole on your face." Another fan added, "What an entanglement😫😂"

Next up was a cyst filled with mooshy, gooey contents. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned this one: "Like the movie theater butter! 🍿" It sounds like it would pair well with the zucchini noodles from the first patient.

Dr. Pimple Popper slices into each bump and squeezes. All it takes is a little pressure before the whole bump lets loose a substance that resembles melted butter.
