Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed 'Beef' Out Of Her Patient's Tattoo

Pimples can pop up pretty much everywhere. At least that's what it looks like in dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper's treatment room. She can get them out of any hiding spot, too. Even if the pimple is camouflaged, the doc has it on lock.

She proved that in her latest Instagram video when she unearthed a cyst hiding under a tattoo. Yep, this cyst grew inside the tattoo.

Dr. Pimple Popper shared in the caption: "I spy with my little eye... a pop that’s trying to hide within a tattoo 👀 #drpimplepopper #cyst #oddlysatisfying"

The video begins with a flash of the words, "hidden volcano cyst." That comes after clicking through the sensitive content warning, so you know it's going to be a good one. Dr. Pimple Popper gets right to work. She's already sliced across the cyst and along the ink lines of the tattoo.

Now, all she has to do is squeeze. She uses her fingers and applies just enough pressure to get the contents moving out. It all piles up on the surface of the skin.

But, Dr. Pimple Popper didn't leave out the key sac removal step. She clears absolutely everything out of the hole before the video wraps. One fan wrote:"My favorite part is watching the sac being removed ‼️" One Popaholic wrote: "The sac looked like beef." How she seals up the hole and realigns the tattoo is still a mystery, but that was quite a show.
