  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Youtube video, she is facing a formidable opponent on her patient's skin.

  • There is a true "minefield" of blackheads waiting for her to clear them out.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper uses her comedone extractor tool to clean out all the pores, and it's so satisfying to watch.

When dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, comes out with new blackhead extraction videos, her Popaholics go crazy. Whether she's extracting blackheads that are buried in her patients' ears, hiding in her patients' scalps, removing 'cheese' blackheads from her patients' noses, or getting out 'lentil' shaped blackheads from her patients' lips, there's not a blackhead that she won't get after.

And, in her latest Youtube video, her male patient is coming to her with skin that is chock-full of juicy blackheads for her to extract. Get excited folks, there's some juicy popping coming at you. Take it from one fan: "He had an impressive collection of blackheads."

The video starts by showing her patient's skin pre-extraction, which looks like a minefield of blackheads.

"We're going to try to clean up some of these areas here," she says in the video. "My extractor is getting a workout!"

She uses her signature comedone extractor to take on one juicy blackhead after the other, pressing on each one. And as she does, thick black and brown gunk comes spewing out.

She talks to her patient during the extracting, who doesn't know that she is an uber-famous dermatologist, and says that he should keep an eye out for his extraction video on her channel.

As she's extracting, Dr. Pimple Popper notes that besides blackheads, her patient also has some dilated pores of winers, which she says are like, "big blackheads or cysts on the skin."

And her followers on Youtube are loving it. "I need more blackhead videos ❤," one commented, and another wrote, "Been wanting to squeeze every blackhead on your channel since 2015."
