  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she tackles one of the largest pilar cysts in her patient's scalp.

  • She says it's the "wow" moment of the day in her office.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper slices her patient's skin open and uses her fingers to squeeze the whole thing out.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, wows her fans and patients on a regular basis. It doesn't take much, a few blackheads or a heavy lipoma will get them all talking. She sees all kinds of wacky and wonderful bumps on her patients, too. It takes a bit more to wow the doc, though.

Her latest Instagram video did the trick for Dr. Pimple Popper and all her fans. Her patient came in with a massive bump on the head. Inside was a pilar cyst and a record breaking one at that.

Dr. Pimple Popper explained more about the patient in the caption: "Extracting a GIANT Pilar Cyst! 💥😱 Talk about feeling like there’s something on your mind! 👉🏼🧠👈🏼 This patients Pilar cyst had one of the biggest sac removals I’ve ever seen. I think this was the “WOW” moment of the day in the office! #drpimplepopper #cyst #shockingvideos"

When the video starts rolling, there's a lot going on. Dr. Pimple Popper has already opened up a hole to access the pilar cyst. She uses tweezers to tug on whatever is stuck under the scalp. That doesn't quite work, so Dr. Pimple Popper adds a pair of scissors to her extraction strategy.

That does the trick and the massive pilar cyst and sac all come right out. Incredibly, Dr. Pimple Popper didn't compare the contents to food and left a blank space for fans to fill in.
One fan wrote: "It’s looks like a piece of crab meat 😫" Another fan added: "Gnocchi!" And one creative fan commented, "Are we sure he doesn't need that part for thinking?"

Nope, that was all pilar cyst. You know Dr. Pimple Popper stayed clear of his brain and vital organs through the procedure.
