  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a patient with a very stuffed cyst on his back.

  • Some fans say the gunk that spews out looks like guacamole.

  • Whatever you think it looks like, Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes to the sweet tune of bagpipes.

Just when you thought dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, got out all her festive, holiday popping, she comes back with one more doozy. She shared a brand new Instagram video for St. Patrick's Day. The holiday may be history, but her content keeps on streaming, literally.

Popaholics have plenty of cysts, steatocystomas, blackheads, and whiteheads to watch. Now, they have one more. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned this cyst pop: "Happy St Patrick’s day! 💚💚💚 Many of us are staying close to home and that’s a good thing! How about something GREEN to brighten your day?! 👉🏼💚👈🏼" This will definitely do the trick.

In her latest Instagram video, she drains a huge cyst from her patient's back. Dr. Pimple Popper makes this one extra special with some musical accompaniment. Every time she squeezes and the cyst emits a pile of green gunk, bagpipes chime in. Yep, there are bagpipes signaling each and every squeeze. It's just what the pops needed.

Her fans came through with all the clever comments. One wrote, "Guacamole is extra!!" That's usually the case, but this one is spewing out for free. This cyst has quite the range, too. One Popaholic commented, "OMG....I can smell that from here.... 🤢" Another wrote, "That was certainly a pot of gold." It was indeed, thanks Dr. P!
