  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helped patients with whiteheads, a lipoma, and a gnarly cyst.

  • The dermatologist had to rely on her strong muscles and struggled to free the stubborn bumps.

  • Finally, Dr. Pimple Popper released a stream of "chocolate" from the cyst and all her fans were so satisfied.

What's your go-to morning routine? Maybe it's a fresh cup of coffee and a few minutes staring out the window or a run around the neighborhood followed by breakfast. Both good options, but dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, has a new suggestion for all her fans. It's a pimple popping video on Instagram, of course. This one features a "fluffy lipoma" to start your day on a very good note.

Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the new Instagram clip: "Fluffy Lipoma Morning! ☀️ Rise and Shine! It’s time for some Sunday relaxation. Here’s a lipoma to get us in the mood. #drpimplepopper #lipoma #sunday"

This is only the beginning for Dr. Pimple Popper. She also knocks out a whitehead in a very painful location and a cyst that spews gunk. But each pimple deserves attention, starting with the fluffiest lipoma I've ever seen.

Her fans were impressed and wrote all about it in the comments. One commented: "She has the strongest yet tiniest hands.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾" Another exclaimed, "OMG!!! Well that’s one way to lose a quick 10lbs 😳" One Popaholic wrote, "Sometimes I can’t believe that you can just remove it nearly completely by hand"

Phew, that was hard work, but the dermatologist doesn't get much downtime. Next up is a small but pesky whitehead. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the video: "Remember Lip Smackers, here’s Pop Smackers! 💋#drpimplepopper"

Fans were a bit harsh in the comments. One wrote, "No need for a trip to the DR for that. Stand in front of the mirror with a pin. Job done."

Dr. Pimple Popper must have seen the complaints and questions pouring in. She added a response in the comments: "This patient did come to the office for other reasons and I helped her to get rid of this! Many of the smaller pops you see come about from me noticing something during a patients appointment and asking if I can film it. Also removing pimples in this are can be painful, because of the delicate skin, so in the office I was able to give some numbing with that!"

You can't argue with that.

Last but not least is a cyst. It's lodged on her client's upper back, and Dr. Pimple Popper calls it "shy." She has to strain and struggle to get it to show itself. When it finally does a stream of dark gunk spews out.

Her fans were not shy about their reactions. They had so many thoughts in the comments. One said the contents look like "Chocolate ❤️" It's spot on and so was Dr. Pimple Popper's hard work on all the pops.
