  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she tackles tons of surface level blackheads on a "Viking" man's face.

  • He booked his appointment for a body scan, but the derm honed in on the bumps on his face.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper says they were ripe for popping and each one emits a dark blob of satisfying gunk.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is one thorough doc. Patients get the full-service package whenever they come in. It doesn't matter what their original concern was, she knocks out all the lumps and bumps when they're in the treatment room.

Her latest patient is an excellent example. Dr. Pimple Popper says he came in for a body scan and got a whole lot more than he bargained for. The derm discovered blackheads ripe for the popping all over his face in her new Instagram video.

Dr. Pimple Popper explained what she found in the captain: "This patients blackheads were pretty surface level, but the love he has for his wife is not! He came in to get these removed just for his wife! 💜"

Her patient chats away as Dr. Pimple Popper, comedone extractor tool in hand, goes to work. She presses on each individual blackhead until it releases from the skin.

Her fans had plenty of interesting comments. One compared the patient to an ancient warrior: "This guy is like Viking" Others couldn't believe his loving wife didn't help him with the extractions. "My wife would have popped them for me! If I hadn’t got there first 😆😆"

She made quick work of the blackheads, leaving time for a juicy cyst. Dr. Pimple Popper reveals her confusion in the caption: "Thought it was a Pilar Cyst, but it’s an Epidermoid Cyst! 🤷🏻♀️ #drpimplepopper #cyst #tbt"

Dr. Pimple Popper poked and squeezed, but the cyst didn't want to come out cleanly. Finally, she grabbed tweezers and pulled until the epidermoid cyst emerged on the surface of the skin. One fan commented, "Looked like a lychee when it finally popped out." It sure did, and that's a wrap.
