Dr. Pimple Popper starts her extraction process like usual. She pokes and diagnoses the bump, then slices right in. Then, she starts squeezing.

It sounds straightforward, but there's much more to this pop than what Dr. Pimple Popper shows. Her fans filled the comments with so many thoughts and questions. One Popaholic asked; "Did anyone else see a face in that lipoma?" That's just the beginning.
