Popaholics were oh so excited to participate in Dr. Pimple Popper's fight. They couldn't get their hands dirty, but they did the next best thing. They all shared their thoughts in the comments, and they are good. One fan wrote, "Blackheads over everything. But pilar cysts take second place!"
