Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is a sucker for nostalgia. She loves helping her patients, and they clearly mean so much to her. How do I know? Well, she treats every person who comes in with the utmost respect and care. Plus, Dr. Pimple Popper reminisces about her favorite patients whenever she has the opportunity.

In her latest Instagram video, she does that and clears away all his pesky pimples, of course. Dr. Pimple Popper also issues a fun challenge to her fans in the caption: "👀 Do you remember the name of this OG patient? Let’s see who the ultimate popaholics are! #drpimplepopper #pops #tbt"

That means you need to take a good, close look at all the popping action to look for clues. The camera is zoomed in close, so there aren't many landmarks to use as hints. It is clear the patient is an older gentleman, as there are a few wrinkles and gray hairs visible. You can also hear his voice as he chats away with the doc. That is the best clue.

Dr. Pimple Popper uses her scalpel to poke two juicy whiteheads behind his ear. Then, she squeezes them all out using her comedone extractor tool. One fan commented, "They so wanted squeezing." It works like a charm and much better than his attempts at squeezing with his fingers at home.

Fans came through with the guesses. One added: "MR WILSON?!?!?!?!?????? IS THAT YOU???😭😭😭😭" Dr. Pimple Popper responded, "No! But cloose."

Another fan asked: "is that pops?" Ding, ding, that's the right answer and Dr. Pimple Popper confirms it. He hasn't been on the 'gram for a while because he passed away, according to Popaholics in the comments. Dr. Pimple Popper is keeping his memory alive and so are the fans.
