Whatever your mood, there is a pimple popping video tailor-made for you. Need to relax? Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, has you covered. If you need to perk up, Dr. Pimple Popper also has you covered.

In her latest Instagram video, the dermatologist is helping a patient with a pesky pilar cyst in her scalp. This one is not for the faint of heart, it comes with a sensitive content warning. However, all you popaholics know that sensitive content really translates to satisfying pop in Dr. Pimple Popper's office.

The doctor captions her new video: "Feeling #tart this Monday? Hopefully this Orange Seed Pilar Cyst will sweeten the mood! 💥👉🏼🍊👈🏼💥 #pilarcyst #sweet#drpimplepopper". She does not disappoint, this video is truly sweet.

Dr. Pimple Popper uses her fingers to squeeze this one out. All it takes is a little pressure and pop, the little seed of a pilar cyst appears on the surface of the scalp. (FYI: The white-ish gunk inside the cyst is actually keratin, which is a major component of skin and hair.)

That seemed a little too easy. The sac is still embedded inside, so the doctor goes digging and tugging to get it all out. "I know something's happening, but I can't feel it," her patient says.

A few fans had some valid concerns. One asked, "How do you know if you're too close to the brain when digging into the scalp?" Another fan just enjoyed the view, "I love when they come out whole!"

Orange you glad Dr. Pimple Popper cleared it all out?
