Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed An Endless Blackhead 'Field Of Dreams'

In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she squeezed an endless field of blackheads all over her patient's back.
The dermatologist called it a "field of dreams," and her fans agree.
Dr. Pimple Popper used her comedone extractor tool to clear all the gunk out.
It's a new week, and dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is already making it a great one. She's serving up so many satisfying blackhead extractions for all her fans. She posted one that was filled with tons of tiny ear blackheads that she removed with an extractor. And in her most recent post, she is back with a "field of dreams" of blackheads.
It's truly an endless stream of blackheads and all the satisfying content for the Popaholics. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned her latest Instagram video: "Monday morning blackhead field of dreams! 💭 #drpimplepopper #blackheads."
"Is there such thing as blackhead overload?!" the screen says before she goes to work.
The camera zooms in on her patient's skin, where Dr. Pimple Popper is using one of her name-brand comedone extractor tools to press on the skin. And she immediately presses on on two blackheads, which pour out with white, brown and black gunk.
She moves on to two others, and after she presses down on the first one, she moves to the second. But here's where the surprise comes in...as she presses on the second one, gunk comes flowing out of the first one! Kind of like a 2-for-1.
"It's almost like he's got little dilated pore of winers, which are more like these big blackheads or cysts on the skin," she says as she continues to remove the blackheads.
Finally, Dr. Pimple Popper uses a small knife then to poke into a new (and much) larger blackhead, which she then goes in with an extractor to press out the thick, black gunk.
"I.need.more," one of her followers commented, and another totally agreed. "WE WANT MORE! WE WANT MORE! WE WANT MORE!" And another satisfied fan wrote, "A goldmine." Paging Dr. Pimple Popper to keep the blackheads coming!
