  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she removes a huge lipoma from a woman's upper arm.

  • The lipoma is so big, it looks like a super-strong muscle.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper has to squeeze with all her muscles to get it to pop out of a small opening.

Did you know dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is one super strong doc? She's totally #whstrong, and she proved it in her latest Instagram video. She tackles a massive lipoma on her patient's arm. It's so big, it looks like the woman has been lifting heavy, but not symmetrically.

The woman won't be asymmetrical for long, Dr. Pimple Popper is all over this muscle of a lipoma with her own big guns. She captioned this pop: "No gym session needed for this deltoid pump! 💪 #drpimplepopper"

This may be a huge lipoma, but Dr. Pimple Popper runs through her usual steps to remove the whole thing. First, she slices across the bump on her patient's arm. This is a big lipoma, so it's a big incision. Incredibly, she continues chatting away with her patient the whole time. Yep, her patient is wide awake during the whole procedure. Tbh I'm barely holding it together and I'm nowhere near the surgical table.'

Once she has a solid opening, she starts pulling and prodding at the lipoma underneath. It moves a bit, but it's still stuck in her patient. This one requires a squeeze. Dr. Pimple Popper does just that a few times until the lipoma shoots out with an audible smack.

Her fans have an equally strong reaction to the big squeeze. One Popaholic wrote, "That’s one juicy lipoma 😂" Another shared, "Omg it was like a little person coming out well done." Well done indeed, another super strong pop from Dr. P!
