  • In her latest video, Dr. Pimple Popper extracts a lump from behind a man's ear.

  • She notes that she needs to send the lump in for testing, since the patient has spent a lot of time in the sun.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, is the queen of getting rid of weird and uncomfortable bumps and lumps from her patient's skin. Whether it's on the back, the chest, the scalp, or the face, there's basically nowhere she won't go.

In her most recent video on Instagram, she shared a video of a male patient with a big lump behind his ear—a milia, to be exact.

"A not so little something behind the ear! 👂🏻 #drpimplepopper," she captioned her post.

"This is the bump that drives you batty," Dr. Pimple Popper says to her patient as she starts to extract the bump with a pair of surgical scissors.

"It's like a milia, it just popped out," she says as a burst of white gunk comes out of her patient's ear. As she squeezes, more and more comes out.

"We just gotta squeeze it all, and take out that little old sac that's under there," she tells the patient.

Besides the milia, you can tell this guy's ears look pretty rough. And Dr. P notes that he's definitely been out in the sun a lot, and mentions she may need to "send in" the extraction to see if it might be a sign of a bigger problem.

"Your ears have been out there in the sun, let me tell ya. You have something there on the tip of your ear too," she says, likely referring to a dark spot that she sees.

Luckily, he's in good hands with Dr. P.
