  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helped a patient with two massive neck cysts.

  • The cysts were so large they required not one but two punches with her punch biopsy tool.

  • Then, Dr. Pimple Popper used her fingers to squeeze all the gunk out and one fan described it as "pop goes the weasel."

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is back in the office and back in action. She jumped right into active duty and is taking on a monster of a cyst on her patient's neck in her latest Instagram video. This one isn't going to come out quietly, and that is very good news for all the Popaholics out there.

She's had some time away from patients, but Dr. Pimple Popper knows exactly what to do. She goes right in with her punch biopsy tool. Dr. Pimple Popper's description in the caption is much more catchy: "Let me see you 1, 2 punch! 👊🏻💥 #drpimplepopper" Happy Thursday! We’re punching our way all the wayyy to the weekend! ☀️

Yep, Dr. Pimple Popper's already looking forward to the weekend. But, not before she takes out two monster, bubbly cysts on her patient's neck. She picks the bigger one to start and punches it right through the center. Then, she starts squeezing. A column of thick, white gunk emerged from the circular opening.

Responses came in droves and many languages from fans in awe of Dr. Pimple Popper's work. One wrote, "O puro creme do milho," which Google roughly translates to "pure creamed corn." Yep, that's exactly what squished out.

Another fan shared a creative description for the popping action and wrote, "Pop goes the weasel." That jingle may not get out of your head for days, but at least she didn't ruin another favorite food in her new pop.
