In the new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper takes on that neck cyst and shows off her strength. This stubborn bump requires an extra special tool for extraction, and it's all the more fun to watch go down, er pop out. She captioned this cyst clip: "Office Pop Flops! 🤪 Here’s a punchy neck cyst that’s just trying it’s best!"

Dr. Pimple Popper may say it's a "flop," but this clip gets right to the punch. The derm uses a punch biopsy tool to open up the cyst. Then, she gets to the squeezing. The camera angle is a bit tough, so it's harder to see all the gunk come out. I can assure you, there is a solid pile of white goo of proof Dr. Pimple Popper knocked it out.
The doc juggles the pile of goo as she trims away the rest of the cyst. One bit almost flies off, but she catches it just in time.
