Dr. Pimple Popper Just Pulled Out A Pilar Cyst With A Legit 'Tail'

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video is short, sweet, and to the point. Usually, Dr. Pimple Popper, is happy to carefully squeeze out tons of gunk from her patients and compare it to your favorite entrèe, like egg salad, fettuccine, or even crab meat. But this time, the only thing she noticed about a pilar cyst on her patient's ear was its tail.
"I EAR you needed something to make your day POP 👉🏻👂👈🏻," she captioned the video–and wow, did it pop. Fans were delighted as she dove right in, quickly extracting the cyst in one piece on her first try. That's the stuff of pimple-popping legend!
Dr. Pimple Popper starts working on the five-year-old cyst by using a "hole punch" tool to get deep into the problem area. Then, she grabs some extra tools to make the popping process easier. After a little prep work, Dr. Pimple Popper pulls the entire "cute" pilar cyst out in one go–but it just keeps going.
"Thank you for coming all the way over here for this!" she tells the patient as she extracts the cyst. Popaholics in the comments agreed: "Wowser. Long 🙌," one person wrote. "Omg it had a tail😂👏👏👏great job," said another.
Dr. Pimple Popper seemed very happy with the results of the pop: "We'll show you that one," she tells her patient. "You're going to like that one!"
