The solution? Extractions at the capable hands of Dr. Pimple Popper. She is ready to help a new patient in her latest Instagram video. The man has blackheads all over his nose. Dr. Pimple Popper gets right to work with her comedone extractor tool. This gadget works wonders. All she has to do is press and streams of gunk shoot out of multiple pores. She goes back again and again until the nose is clean and clear. "A lot of them want to come out," Dr. Pimple Popper tells her patient. "We're gonna get your nose a little smaller."
