Just when you thought dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, and her pops couldn't get any better, she comes through with a new satisfying series. She sure knows what her fans like. She started with a roundup of the very best blackheads, then moved onto lipomas. And, in the beloved dermatologist's latest Youtube video, she aims to please with all the pilar cysts.

Dr. Pimple Popper captioned this video medley: "Here they are, Popaholics! The best, the whole, the oozy, and the multiples, just for your viewing pleasure!"

She is not exaggerating one bit. There are tons of pilar cysts in need of popping. Each one is better than the last. She uses multiple techniques and lots of elbow grease squeezing out all the pilar cysts.

Pilar cysts are bumps that can grow on the surface of the skin. They are benign, so they are not cancerous. Pilar cysts are filled with keratin, a protein found in hair, nails, and skin, according to Dr. Pimple Popper.

Her fans, however, had some other ideas. One commenter added, "The first one she pops out kinda looks like one of those baby shrimp." It doesn't matter what foods she ruins in the process, her fans are thrilled. One wrote, "It's super satisfying the way they pop out whole though... Who else is glad she cuts into them and shows the contents?"
