  • In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper tackles a pilar cyst bulging out of her patient's scalp.

  • The doctor used a scalpel and then squeezed it with her fingers to pop it out whole.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper said the pilar cyst is prime for popping.

For dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, Mondays are prime for popping pilar cysts. The doc just shared another new video with a satisfying pop, and yes it's a pilar cyst.

In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper, has a massive pilar cyst on her hands. (Don't be fooled, it is nothing like the diminuitive jelly bean pop she's previously shared.) Dr. Pimple Popper captioned this Instagram video: "This Pilar Cyst is #prime for the 💥POPPING💥! 🙌🏻❤️💥 #clean #cyst #drpimplepopper"

Seriously, this is the big bertha of pilar cysts, that bump is ginormous. Dr. Pimple Popper doesn't let it intimidate her at all. She jumps right in with her scalpel and popping fingers. The video skips forward and she has already opened up space, and it is squeezing time. Dr. Pimple Popper uses her fingers to give it a good squeeze. Watch out, this one could blow across the room. (Remember when Dr. Pimple Popper had to play catch with a pilar cyst?)

All it takes is a little pressure and pop, the slippery cyst slides right out. Dr. Pimple Popper juggles it a bit after she frees it from her patient's head. The doctor's fans also came through with interesting ideas. "Looks so much like an egg," one shared. Another commented: "Boiled eggs for tea tomorrow." Dr. Pimple Popper has dealt with some misbehaving cysts before, but juggling and all this one is pretty chill.

Another satisfying pop from Dr. Pimple Popper to help you through your Monday folks.
