Dr. Pimple Popper Just Popped Dilated Pore Of Winer That Was Too Big For Her Extractor

In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she tackled a truly tough dilated pore of winer in a mystery spot on her patient.
The pimple appears as a giant black blob lodged in the skin.
Dr. Pimple Popper says it put up a "fight" as she extracted the huge DPOW.
To get everyone through the week, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, treated her 'Popaholics' to a truly satisfying pop. She shared her toughest dilated pore of winer (DPOW) extraction to date. (If you can't get enough pimple popping, might I suggest perusing these satisfying blackhead, cyst, and lipoma pops.)

In the video, Dr. Pimple Popper starts by using one of her comedone extractors to work on removing the DPOW. But, it's actually too big for her extractor. Did you hear all the Popaholics cheer too?
"It's too big for this...am I hurting you? Are you okay?" asks Dr. Pimple Popper. "No I don't feel anything!" says her patient. Phew, that's good news as she's jamming the extractor into the DPOW.
"It's stuck in there...let's see if I can get it out," says Dr. Pimple Popper as she works on extracting the DPOW from a different angle. "It's too big because I think the opening is turned sideways. I want it to pop out!"
"I told my grandkids I was coming to see you!" she tells Dr. Pimple Popper. "They'll see you on TV! You can say hello to them," says Dr. Pimple Popper.
Dr. Pimple Popper eventually ditches her extractor and grabs a pair of tweezers to work on grabbing it. The pesky DPOW still won't budge with a combo of the extractor and the tweezers. After some more fighting, she grabs the tweezers again and finally pulls out the massive DPOW.
"The struggle had my anxiety so high 😂. Loved this video," one Popaholic commented. And Dr. P replied, "oh no, I know it was a fight to get this dpow out at first. I hope you were relaxed by the end of it ❤️."
