Depending on what new problem she's facing, Dr. Pimple Popper has many different tools she can use. Sometimes, she relies on her two hands and trusty fingers and other times she picks up a tool to get the job done. Today, she uses a little of everything—she grabs her scissors, tweezers, and uses her hands.

All that and a really satisfying pop comes in Dr. Pimple Popper's new video posted to Instagram. The doctor says it's great right in the video, so you know it's good. Dr. Pimple Popper captions this Instagram post: "Don’t be a CYSTy- I know you love a good 💥POP💥! ✌🏻❤️💥#cyst #drpimplepopper"

Her patient sure isn't a sissy. Dr. Pimple Popper checks in with her as she tugs with tweezers and snips away with scissors. She says she's fine. In fact, Dr. Pimple Popper notes, "she could fall asleep because it's so relaxing."

That seems like a bit of a stretch, just like this pop. As she tugs on the cyst, it stretches out of the skin until it bursts open. "It's always way bigger than you think it's going to be." That's for sure.

Dr. Pimple Popper is pretty pleased with her work. "This is very gratifying because I know I'm getting the whole thing," she says. "There we go, look at that. That's great."
