  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video, she squeezes a mystery pimple near her patient's lips.

  • The dermatologist cuts deep into the cyst before she can squeeze the contents out.

  • When she does, Dr. Pimple Popper releases a red, creamy substance that one fan called a "big tooth."

It seems like dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is always going, going, going. There is always a new cyst, bunch of blackheads, or other mysterious lump in need of her expert attention and pimple popping skills. The doctor is always in on Instagram. There are new satisfying pops to watch on the reg. (Yes, even right now.)

In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video, she tackles a surprisingly stubborn cyst. The cyst is located on the corner of her patient's mouth, right near his smile. The dermatologist adds in the caption: "A smile and a pop! 😊#drpimplepopper"

The dermatologist starts by slicing into the top of the bump. Already, you know there are smiles popping up all around, and she's barely begun.

Dr. Pimple Popper tries squeezing, but the cyst isn't ready to let loose yet. She goes back with scissors to create a larger opening. This seems to work and more goo starts coming out of the cyst. When she finally gives it a good squeeze, all the white and red goo comes streaming out. It's quite the sight. One fan writes, "It looks like a big tooth."

Dr. Pimple Popper's fans don't seem to mind the mess from the cyst one bit. In fact, they are so happy after watching the new clip, they fill her comments with compliments. One fan wrote: "Yay a new video!"

Other fans used the comments to share some jokes: "I will talk about the elephant in the room. His face is half cute (as we don't know the other half 😂)." That may be true, but the pimple pop was all cute.
