  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she squeezed an earlobe cyst that looked so painful.

  • The dermatologist used her scalpel to make an incision and her fingers to squeeze it all out completely.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper's fans were so impressed and satisfied with the process and the gross substance that emerged.

You know dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, keeps all her Popaholics satisfied every day of the week. The doc definitely does not slack off on Fridays. She knocked out one truly nasty pop just for her fans. It might be a contender for nastiest one yet on Instagram. On the agenda was an earlobe cyst, but many fans thought it was in a more intimate location.

First up is the deceptively small earlobe cyst. (For everyone questioning, it's definitely on the ear.) It's barely visible, but that all changes very quickly. Dr. Pimple Popper kicked it off in the caption: "Are you ready for this inflamed cyst? It’s ear-resistable 👀 #drpimplepopper #ddpreact #popaholic #cyst"

Dr. Pimple Popper uses her scalpel to slice open the earlobe before she starts squeezing. "This helps relieve the pressure and pain," per the text on the screen. There is a ton of liquid that spews out, so it looks like a massive relief.

One fan wrote: "Always amazed at how much is hiding in these. HAS to feel better after. 🧐" That's for sure!

It did come with a sensitive content warning, which doesn't scare off any Popaholics. Dr. Pimple Popper added her own warning in small text at the bottom of the video: "This is for educational purposes. Please do not attempt at home!" Definitely good advice for everyone watching.
