She knocked out one truly nasty pop just for her fans. It might be a contender for nastiest one yet on Instagram. On the agenda was an earlobe cyst, but many fans thought it was in a more intimate location.

First up is the deceptively small earlobe cyst. (For everyone questioning, it's definitely on the ear.) It's barely visible, but that all changes very quickly. Dr. Pimple Popper uses her scalpel to slice open the earlobe before she starts squeezing. "This helps relieve the pressure and pain," per the text on the screen. There is a ton of liquid that spews out, so it looks like a massive relief.
