  • In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper extracts goo from a cyst.

  • Then she goes back for seconds–and even more comes out!

  • Dr. Pimple Popper explains that because the cyst is 'virginal' (a.k.a. never been popped), it shouldn't come back.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD's latest Instagram video is really making me rethink that whole "less is more" axiom.

In the video, Dr. Lee starts squeezing a cyst on a woman's neck, and a grayish mass of material pops out. (One commenter says it looks like a bunny, but not seeing that, tbh.) Just when it looks like everything has come out.... she squeezes again and hits another motherlode.

"But wait... there’s more!" she wrote, "Love a #cyst that keeps on giving!" She added the high-five hands emjoi and a nicely wrapped gift, suggesting that Dr. Pimple Popper's letters to Santa might be juuust a bit different from yours or mine.

In between Round 1 and Round 2 for this cyst, Dr. Lee injects her patient with additional numbing medication, suggesting the cyst was deep–and a bit painful.

The good news? Dr. Lee explains that since the cyst is "virginal"–meaning the woman never tried to pop it herself–this should be a once-and-done job and the cyst is unlikely to return. PHEW.

This certainly isn't the first time Dr. Pimple Popper has tackled a gnarly cyst. She tacked three pilar cysts that looked like "olives" in an Instagram video shared just last week. She also removed a truly remarkable "eyeball-like cyst" from the back of a man's head just a few days ago. It's safe to say there's no cyst to wild for good old Dr. P.
