Dr. Phil's Beverly Hills home has hit the market for $5.75 million (see the listing here), and for someone who makes a living analyzing other people's brains and behaviors, his interiors are nothing short of bizarre.

From the outside, the house looks your typical SoCal mansion extraordinaire. It features a flagstone patio, luxe in-ground heated pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and freshly manicured hedges and greenery. But step inside the home, which is currently occupied by his son Jordan, and normalcy flies out the door. Twisted tree trunks, abstract creatures, fierce animal patterns and figures, and spontaneous pops of colors and curse words are just a few of the motifs in this 6,170 square foot, five bedroom, and six bath estate... or would you call it a lair?

In the entryway of Phillip McGraw's home lies an eggplant-colored hanging chair with a shell that resembles intertwined tree branches. Continue into the foyer and you'll be greeted by an eerie looking sweeping staircase, where the railings look like tangly, somewhat bedeviled tree branches. Below the staircase lives a home bar, speckled like a cheetah, with blue underlights. The stools take after tree stumps and are equipped with antler-like backrests. Other novel, eccentric fixtures garnish the room—like what appears to be a teddy bear of sorts, hanging from a plump, rosy pair of lips.

The playroom has a frosty, arctic feel where odd-looking models of Batman and Joker watch you as you play billiards on the lion-legged table. More obscure figurines stare you down in the dining room, where twelve guns line the wall. The home is extravagant to say the least, boasting a wild style that clearly took a whole lot of effort. But it's not exactly inviting, and hardly seems to match up with the gregarious, folksy gent we've previously known Dr. Phil to be. Daniel Miller, of the L.A. Times, shared the photos on Twitter, where it quickly went viral and other users seemed to agree the space was quite peculiar.

We may never know what the inside of Dr. Phil's mind looks like, but we now know what the interior of one of his homes looks like. At least it's not boring!
