From Cosmopolitan

  • Dr. Dre posted an Instagram joking that he won’t get jail time because his daughter got into USC all on her own, but it turns out that he made a LARGE donation to the school.

  • Speaking of USC and jail time, if you’re wondering what’s going on with Lori Loughlin, the latest is that her Fuller House castmates just hinted that they’ve been supportive of her.

I hope you’re ready for more drama stemming from Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman’s college admissions bribery scandal, cause here I go!

Yesterday, Dr. Dre posted an image of him and his daughter Truly on Instagram to celebrate the fact that she got into college, and he decided to poke fun at the whole bribery scandal by captioning the photo,“My daughter got accepted into USC all on her own. No jail time!!!”

Would ya look at that. #CommentsByCelebs

And while that’s lol and all (unless you’re Olivia Jade, who is likely still upset about the situation), the thing is that Dr. Dre’s $$$ did kinda help get his daughter get into USC-only he did things the legal way. It turns out that Dr. Dre and his Beats by Dr. Dre cofounder donated $70 million to USC back in 2013.

It’s totally possible that Truly worked hard for her spot at the college and would have been accepted with or without the hefty donation, but it’s a little hard to believe that a donation of that size wouldn’t help her get into USC.

Dr. Dre has since deleted the post, and I am now *exhausted* from all this college drama.
