'Downton Abbey's Michelle Dockery Marries Phoebe Waller-Bridge's Brother

Michelle Dockery, 41, and Jasper Waller-Bridge, 35, are newlyweds!
The actress, who played Lady Mary Crawley in Downton Abbey, married the film producer and music manager, who happens to be the brother of Emmy-winning Fleabag star and writer Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
The ceremony took place at St Nicholas' church in Chiswick, West London, on Saturday, Sept. 23, with Michelle wearing a stunning dropped waist wedding dress by Emilia Wickstead with a long train and a veil pinned at the back of her wavy hair.
Jasper matched perfectly in a sleek blue suit and white tie, with images obtained by the Daily Mail depicting the couple smiling as they walked out of the church and took photos.
The groom's sister donned a bright pink three-piece suit and elegant hat, with Phoebe's longtime partner, screenwriter and director Martin McDonagh, also in attendance sporting a dark suit. Jasper and Phoebe's sister, Isobel Waller-Bridge, who is a composer, was there as well, along with more family members.
Michelle and Jasper's wedding served as a mini Downton Abbey reunion, with cast members Hugh Bonneville, Laura Carmichael, Lily James, Lesley Nicol, Joanne Froggatt, Jim Carter, Elizabeth McGovern, Imelda Staunton, Allen Leech, and likely more there. Julian Fellowes, the creator and producer of Downton Abbey, was also in attendance.
Since the end of the TV show in 2016, there have been two feature films, one released in 2019, while the sequel came out in May 2022.
The Crown's Lesley Manville, former The Good Doctor actress Antonia Thomas, and more famous faces were also at the star-studded wedding.
Michelle's marriage to Jasper comes over seven years after her former fiancé, John Dineen, passed away from cancer in late 2015. After his death, Michelle told The Guardian, "We were engaged, and married at heart, and so I do consider myself a widow."
She reportedly started dating Jasper in 2019, with the couple announcing their engagement in January 2022. A year and a half later, and Michelle and Jasper are officially married!
