This side-by-side stroller is extremely popular for a reason: It is one of the only models like it that easily fits through standard and even smaller-than-standard doors. It’s lightweight, folds up easily, and folds up pretty compact. It pushes like a dream thanks to Baby Jogger’s attention to detail on the wheels and suspension that has just enough give to hit ruts without blinking, while maintaining the durability that puts this stroller up there with some of the most rugged and longest-lasting strollers available, double or single. And the fact that they’re discounting it so much makes it an even better value.
The stroller’s seats are designed for children over 3 months old and up to 65 pounds per seat, and you can convert one of the seats to an infant seat with the aid of car seat adapters (sold separately). I love the cargo compartment at the bottom that spans the width of the stroller itself and can really haul some crap.
It folds up easily and doesn’t take long to learn like other double strollers. My only quibble with the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 is that the fabrics are a bit hard to remove and return, but they are machine washable, so in the long run, that’s not a huge deal. This is overall a comfortable, easy stroller for parents of two small kids or a gift for someone expecting their second child. This is a stroller tailor-made for city living and sidewalks, but suburban parents will love it just as much because of the utter convenience.
